1. Who we are

vitrine30 is operated by IC Design Tecnologia Ltda (CNPJ 51.850.491/0001-09), Avenida Paulista, 1106, São Paulo, SP, 01310-914, Brasil (“vitrine30”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at any time through the contact form on this site.

By using the site you accept these Terms. By buying a slot you also enter into a contract with us on these Terms, which you can save or print from this page.

2. The service

vitrine30 broadcasts one slot of 30 seconds at a time, live to everyone on the site. A slot can show a name or brand, one image or one embedded YouTube or Vimeo video, a short text and a link.

You buy a slot, not a specific time. After your payment and our approval, your slot is placed in the closest free slot from the next one on, today or tomorrow. We tell you its start time as soon as it is scheduled.

The broadcast depends on the internet, your device and third-party providers. We work to keep it running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or that every viewer sees every slot.

3. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into contracts, or buy on behalf of a business you are authorised to represent.

4. Price and payment

The price of a slot is shown on the checkout page before you pay, in Brazilian reais, euros or US dollars depending on where you are. It includes any taxes we must charge.

Payment is processed by Stripe on its own secure page, under Stripe’s terms. vitrine30 never receives or stores your card details. Your contract with us is concluded when Stripe confirms the payment.

5. Your content

You are responsible for everything you publish in your slot: the name, text, image, video and link, and the page the link leads to. You confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, including the rights of any person shown or named, and that it is accurate.

You may not publish content that:

  • is illegal where it is published or viewed, or promotes illegal activity;
  • infringes copyright, trademarks, image rights or other rights of others;
  • is hateful, discriminatory, harassing, violent, sexual or exploits minors in any way;
  • is false, misleading or a scam, including fake offers, phishing and impersonation;
  • links to malware, deceptive pages or link shorteners, or tries to get around our review;
  • shares other people’s personal data without their permission;
  • is political in any way, as described below.

No political content

The broadcast is seen at the same moment in many countries, and their rules on elections, political advertising, campaign finance and political speech differ widely; in some places breaking them is a crime. To avoid breaking the law anywhere vitrine30 is watched, we do not accept political content of any kind, even where it would be lawful where you are. This includes:

  • candidates, political parties, political movements, and office holders acting in a political role;
  • elections, referendums, ballot measures and petitions, and calls to vote or not to vote;
  • political campaigns and advertising, and fundraising or recruiting for any political cause;
  • advocacy for or against a government, a law, a public policy, or a political or ideological position;
  • political symbols, slogans, hashtags and imagery, and links to pages whose main purpose is any of the above.

Our team decides doubtful cases in review. Turning down political content is not a judgement on your views: the rule applies the same way to every side.

Your rights and our licence

You keep all rights to your content. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store it, review it, broadcast it in your slot, show it in our moderation and history records, and adapt its format (for example, resizing your image) for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.

6. Review, reports and removal

Every slot is reviewed by a person on our team before it airs. We do not use automated decision-making or AI to approve or reject content.

We may reject a slot before it airs, or remove it at any time, including while it is on air, if it breaches these Terms or the law, or after a valid report or an order from an authority. Links to blocked domains, such as link shorteners, are refused when you publish.

Anyone can report a slot with the flag button on the live page, or report illegal content or a rights infringement through the contact form under “Legal notice”. Tell us which slot it was, when it aired and why, and we will review it diligently and objectively.

If we reject or remove your slot, you can ask us why, and contest the decision, through the contact form. We will answer with the reasons and, where we got it wrong, put things right.

7. Cancellation and refunds

  • Cancellation before airing: you can cancel at any time before your slot airs and get a full refund. Write to us through the contact form under “A slot I bought”. This covers your legal right of withdrawal (7 days under the Brazilian Consumer Defence Code, 14 days in the European Union).
  • Rejected before airing: if we reject your slot in review, including for political content, we refund you in full, unless the content was clearly illegal or fraudulent, in which case we may keep the payment to the extent the law allows.
  • After airing: once your slot has aired, the service has been fully provided. A slot removed after airing for breaching these Terms is not refunded.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Your bank may take several days to show them.

8. Watching and links

Watching is free and needs no account. Slots are published by their buyers, not by us, and their views are not ours. vitrine30 is politically neutral: we do not support or oppose any candidate, party, government or political cause.

Links in slots lead to sites we do not control. We count link clicks without telling the destination which page sent you. Visit them at your own discretion and check their terms and privacy policies.

Do not disrupt the service: no automated scraping at a harmful rate, no attempts to break our security, and no abuse of the report or contact forms.

9. Our content

The vitrine30 name, design, software and example slots belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them, except to share links to the site.

10. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law that cannot be waived, including under the Brazilian Consumer Defence Code and the consumer law of your country of residence.

Within those limits, we are not responsible for content published by buyers or for the sites their links lead to, and our total liability for a slot is limited to the price you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits, except where caused by our intent or gross negligence.

You are responsible for claims by others arising from your content, and will cover the costs we reasonably incur because of them.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the service or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes never apply to a slot you have already bought.

12. Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts where you live.

Please contact us first: most problems are solved fastest that way. Consumers in Brazil may also use consumidor.gov.br, and consumers in the European Union may contact the European Consumer Centre of their country.
